A stage school, which has alumni including singer Amy Winehouse, is offering two full-time scholarships for Year 7 children.
The Susi Earnshaw Theatre School, a specialist stage school for pupils aged ten to 16, in High Street, Barnet, will be holding the scholarship auditions for entry into Year 7 (children aged 11 to 12) on Saturday, May 17.
Five-time Grammy award winner Amy Winehouse attended the school for four years and West End star Aimie Atkinson, named BBC Radio 2's Voice of Musical Theatre, attended for two. Current pupil Daniel Roche stars in BBC1's sitcom Outnumbered.
The school is also proud of its academic achievements, citing that last year 100 per cent of pupils achieved five or more GCSEs at A* to C grade.
