Gig against gun crime

Campaigners against the scourge of gun crime in society are hosting a performance event in North Finchley tonight.
The music and dance gig has been organised by Mothers Against Guns, who have also teamed up with the Unarmed Project and promoters.
"Teen Nation LDN" will be held at artsdepot at Tally Ho Corner from 6.30pm and will feature urban groups and rappers, including Choong Family, as well as street dancers.
A spokeswoman for Mothers Against Guns said: "The organisation calls for people to set up campaign groups in their communities, to see an end to Britain's rising gun culture and lobby the government to introduce stiffer penalties for people convicted of gun-related crimes."
All the funds raised from the event will go to supporting the work of the Anti-Gun crime group.
